The Best Place to Work Awards are an annual event that celebrates local companies for outstanding achievements in workplace culture. This was the first time Restaurant Magic participated in the survey.
The winning selections for the Tampa Bay Business Journals Best Places to Work Awards were chosen based on a survey by Quantum Workplace. The survey asked the employees of nominee to evaluate their organization for team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices. In order to qualify for the award, 100 percent of the company’s employees had to submit a survey response.
