Drew Peloubet

Chairman and CEO

Drew Peloubet joined Restaurant Magic Software in 2005. Prior to joining the company, Peloubet was in management as a multi-unit operator with Chili’s, in addition to building a successful private equity real estate investment fund. As chairman and CEO, Peloubet lends his expertise in restaurant management to deliver the resources restaurant owners and managers require to be successful and efficient. He is passionate and serious about accelerating the growth of Restaurant Magic Software through the Data Central product and seeks to be the number-one provider of business information solutions for the restaurant industry.

A native of New York, N.Y., Peloubet received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida. Drew is a member of the Advisory Board for the USF school of Hotel & Restaurant Management. He is married to Susan and has three children. The Peloubets are involved in their church and local charities, including Young Life and The Ophelia Project of Tampa Bay, and Peloubet is a member of the board of Help Brings Hope for Haiti.


Steve Roberts

Founder, President

Steve Roberts founded Restaurant Magic in 1989. When first founded, the company provided custom business-process software for clients such as Motorola, Tech Data, Budget Rent-a-Car and Outback Steakhouse. When Outback Steakhouse acquired development rights to Carrabba’s Italian Grill in 1995, the president of Carrabba’s approached him with an opportunity to automate the expansion of the concept. That meeting resulted in Restaurant Magic Software, a product specializing in business management software for multi-unit restaurants. Steve led the ground up redesign and re-branding of its primary product as Data Central, and expanded its breadth to include a full suite SaaS back office system, mobile business tools, and business intelligence. He has also led the development of AfterWords, a patent pending online survey system that utilizes near real time POS data collection to build surveys based upon each customer’s actual purchases. It is poised to revolutionize feedback.

A native of Ft. Myers, FL, Mr. Roberts attended the University of South Florida where he interrupted his senior year study as a classical musician to pursue his first software development project, subsequently redirecting his future into software development. Steve is regularly sought after as an expert in the food and beverage segment and was recently named to the advisory board of Site Zeus, a Tampa based real estate site selection and GIS software platform. He is married to Dolly, a well-known harpist in Tampa Bay, and has two married children and one grandchild. He enjoys reading, mountain biking, fishing and piloting a small plane. The Roberts are active in the community, supporting their local church in Tampa, their second church in the Bahamas, and ministries dedicated to the well-being of children and families including Frameworks, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, Compassion International, Metropolitan Ministries, Salvation Army, UNICEF, and Feeding Tampa Bay.


Erynn Kirshner

Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Erynn works directly with the CEO to advance the organization’s mission, vision, core values, strategic priorities and growth goals. Her experience and leadership over the past 20 years have been focused on developing and delivering technology driven solutions and services, providing top tier client service, raising and empowering other leaders, implementing companywide strategic initiatives, and delivering operational excellence. The past 8 years with Restaurant Magic, Erynn has been integral in fostering a corporate culture that led to being one of Tampa Bay’s Best Places to Work. Adding to her list of accomplishments has been the implementation of DevOps and Agile practices, establishing controls and processes that led to being SOC certified, and driving company growth through the retention of satisfied clients and build out of additional service lines.

Erynn grew up as an Air Force brat which provided the opportunity to live in England, Germany, and many states throughout the USA. She settled in Florida where she attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics followed by a Master of Science Degree in Decision Information Systems. She is married to Dave and has two beautiful children. The Kirshners are active in their local church and many charities that are close to their heart including, Metropolitan Ministries, St. Jude’s Children’s, Wounded Warrior Project, Global Leadership Development, and ASPCA.

Michael T. Beck

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

As Vice of Sales & Marketing, Beck oversees overall coordination, functional management and leadership of global sales and marketing initiatives for Restaurant Magic Software. Key functions include the development and execution of marketing strategies, key account management, and management of the global sales team. With more than 20 years of hospitality operations, sales, and leadership experience, Michael has been immersed in the hospitality market. From operations and catering services to POS and leading-edge SaaS Back Office Technology. Prior to Restaurant Magic he held roles of progressive leadership at Xpient Solutions most recently serving as Vice President of Sales. Prior to Xpient Solutions, Beck began his career in hospitality technology as a Relationship Manager at Altametrics Enterprise Management Solutions. He graduated from University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, graduated from Western Culinary Institute with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and is a veteran having proudly served in the United States Army.


Danielle Del Bello

Director of Customer Success

Danielle Del Bello is a seasoned restaurant operator with over 10 years of hands on experience in running a multi-unit brand.  Her career has exposed her to all areas of hospitality including executive forecasting, strategic planning, marketing, human resources, statistical analysis, food service flow, menu development, POS configuration, accounting, event planning, and catering. As the Director of Customer Success, she works closely with each of our customers to ensure they enjoy proper implementation and continued success using the Data Central platform. She enjoys building strong business relationships with clients by helping them meet and exceed their monthly and yearly goals. Prior to working with Restaurant Magic, she was the VP of Operations for a multi-unit restaurant brand in the Tampa Bay market. Mrs. Del Bello graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Organization Communications.


Alik Khozyainov

Director of Product Technology

Alik Khozyainov is the coding visionary behind the software at Restaurant Magic. As the Director of Product Technology, he manages the strategy, planning, and execution of product development for Data Central. His direction brings cutting edge development techniques and top of the line computational strategy to a customer-centric team vision. Khozyainov has an extensive background in database and data-intensive application building. For the past 20 years he has been designing and implementing enterprise level software for restaurants, finance, and hospitality. His journey into database science began in Kiev, Ukraine, where he graduated from Kiev Polytechnic Institute with a master’s degree in hydro acoustics. He quickly discovered a passion for the intricacies of IT and software development, and so transitioned his engineering skills into navigating oceans of big data with robust software products. When he is not navigating big data or working and researching emerging technologies, Alik spends his time biking the Florida trails, reading math and science fiction books, and enjoying Bach’s fugues and Beethoven’s sonatas.


Kevin Rood

Director of Product Management

Kevin Rood started at Restaurant Magic in 2010 and has had a hand in almost every role in the company. As Director of Product Management, Kevin now oversees product development including strategic ideation, prioritization of new product enhancements, and managing features throughout the development lifecycle into production. Kevin is also very comfortable in data, so supports the business intelligence strategy of Restaurant Magic’s customers by helping them create meaningful reports out of Data Central’s powerful B.I. tool stack. Kevin has a MBA from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, and prior to Restaurant Magic worked in the Retail/CPG space doing big data processing and analytics. In his free time, Kevin is an avid car enthusiast and works on his own car, and once in a while you’ll find him on a tennis court since he’s played for his entire life.


Mike Costanza

Senior Manager of DevOps

Mike Costanza is a problem solver in the software and infrastructure worlds. He bridges the gap between applications and the technology that powers them. As the Senior Manager of DevOps for Restaurant Magic, Mike focuses his energy and leadership in providing guidance to delivery teams, rolling out new tools and development techniques, and automating processes where appropriate. Mike has been with the RM team for 8 years, and prior to joining the team, Mike founded and lead a successful technology and custom software company serving over a hundred clients in the state of Florida. Outside of software, Mike’s other two passions are Florida Gator Football and his family. Mike graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Sales Engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of Florida. He earned distinction as an Anderson Scholar, acceptance into the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, and induction into the Order of the Engineer while at the University of Florida. Mike resides in Tampa and is happily married with two daughters.


Kimberly Fosson

Manager of Professional Services

Kimberly Fosson is a customer focused individual working to help restaurant operators build controls that lead to higher profit margins. She is Manager of Professional Services where she leads the Support Team in providing world class guidance along with developing processes to aid with reaching resolution goals. She is a very proud Alumni of Virginia Tech graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, holds CompTIA A+ Certification and has completed the Dale Carnegie course earning the Human Relations Champion and the Highest Award for Achievement. Kimberly has over 20 years of experience working in the Hospitality industry. Along with her education, she uses the wide range of knowledge obtained through working various positions in hotels, restaurants, catering and convention centers. Prior to becoming an employee, Kimberly worked closely with Restaurant Magic as one of its customers. She is very proud to have called Restaurant Magic home for 13 years.


Sarah Brown

Manager of Professional Services

Sarah Brown joined Restaurant Magic Software with a strong background in restaurant operations in 2016. She currently leads the Concierge Services team as a Manager of Professional Services. Sarah focuses her efforts on providing exemplary customer service as well as targeted database configuration and support to our clients. Her uniquely blended resume of restaurant management and Data Central administration allow her to provide a unique perspective on how each restaurant group can get the most value out of their Data Central subscription. Sarah is a life-long Tampa resident and lives there with her husband and two daughters.


Jared Cartier

Manager of Professional Services

Jared Cartier started at Restaurant Magic in 2012 after spending 12 + years working in the point of sale industry. While working within the industry, he also simultaneously attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, eventually obtaining a bachelor’s in Business Management. Currently at Restaurant Magic, he is Manager of Professional Services where he leads our Implementation Team in ensuring successful deployment of the Data Central software application for our new and existing clients. Outside of the office, Jared is an avid sports fan who is also passionate about fitness and all things outdoor related.


Sergei Stetsenko

Senior Product Manager

Sergei Stetsenko has been with the company for more than 20 years. He is currently a Product Manager overseeing smart client development. His duties include working with overseas development team in Kiev he helped to put together. He has a PhD in Mathematics from Kiev State University in non-smooth optimization. He has strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of restaurant environment.


Aleksey Kuryavchenko

Manager of Software Development

Aleksey has been with the company for over 13 years. He graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine, “Kyiv Polytechnical Institute”, with a Specialist Degree in Computer systems and networks. From there he went to work with several companies throughout the Ukraine where he honed his skills around enterprise solutions and development approaches. He started with Restaurant Magic as a middle developer and progressed through many different roles to become the Development Team Manager. Aleksey has been involved and worked in most of the modules and features offered within Data Central. His technical knowledge across the product helps him to provide guidance to his teams regarding the implementation of new features and re-design of existing modules.

Aleksey spends all his free time with his family, his beautiful wife, and two beautiful daughters. If he finds he has additional free time, he spends it meeting with friends, exploring the many parks and forests in the area, bicycling, and reading about his favorite subjects, IT, computer science, physiology, and management.


Serhii Kryvokhatko

Manager of Quality Development

Born in Zaporizhia, Ukraine, Serhii graduated from Zaporizhia State Technical University with a master’s degree in Engineering followed by a Master’s Degree in Finance. After graduation, he worked over 15 years as a project manager in the bank and finance industries specializing in payment systems. This consisted of many highly complex implementation projects in the credit card payments area for Ukrainian and international banks. Over the last 5 years, Serhii has concentrated in the IT industry. His career in the IT industry started as a freelance tester for Latvian and USA companies. With a deep passion for learning, he self-taught himself programming which led to his success as a test automation engineer. After working with a leading Danish company from the finance and brokerage industry as a test engineer, he then made the move to Restaurant Magic where he has worked for the past two years. Serhii quickly showed his experience not only within the QA realm, but also with managing people. He quickly moved into management and has been a great influence with the team ever since. He is an ISTQB certified tester.

Away from work Serhii spends his free time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys traveling, biking in the forest, football, history, physics and astronomy.
